One process after another. As a continuing partner.
The engagement doesn't end with the first process built: I operate it, tune it, and every quarter we decide together which process comes next. Without hiring a developer or building an in-house IT team.
- It's not one process but several — and you'd rather not contract for each one separately.
- You're considering hiring a developer or IT person, but the lead time runs into months.
- You want a partner who stays on to operate the system, not just deliver it.
- An assessment of your processes: a process map, the saving in forints per process, and a prioritised roadmap of what to start with.
- One point of contact for every decision and technical question: Robert Milos. For specialised areas (design, mobile, AI/ML) I bring in a subcontractor under written NDA.
- A process optimisation layer before every Sprint: before building anything, we look at where the process can be shortened or made more efficient — we automate the streamlined version.
- Build per Sprint: production-grade implementation with monitoring, logging and CI/CD.
- Quarterly review: what works, what stalled, what the next process is.
- Operations within the retainer: monitoring the processes built, fixing failures, and a monthly report on what ran.

Frequently asked
Q01How can one person handle a project this size?
I'm Robert Milos — a senior B2B operator and the single point of contact for all decisions, code reviews, and architect-level questions. For specialized competencies (front-end design, dedicated DevOps, AI/ML, mobile development) I bring in a vetted subcontractor network under written NDA. Everyone is EU-based; you always communicate with me directly.
Q02How is this different from a typical agency?
I don't sell hours — I sell a built, working process. Fixed scope, fixed fee, and the assessment shows you up front what you get and for how much.
Q03What happens if you're unavailable for a longer period?
A fair question with a one-person partner, so I build it not to depend on me. The source code, the infrastructure description and the operating guide are continuously on your side too — not in my head. The system can be operated and extended without me, either by your own team or by another provider.
Q04What if we want to bring this in-house later?
I hand off everything: source code, infrastructure-as-code, runbooks, training. I can also help recruit and onboard your in-house team during the transition.
Q05Do you require a long-term contract?
Sprint contract: fixed scope, fixed price. Retainer: 3-month minimum, then monthly cancellation. No 1-2 year lock-ins.
Is it more than one process?
Book a no-commitment 30-minute call. We'll look at what takes the most time right now, and I'll tell you whether this model fits — or whether you should start with a single process.
