ENTRYAudit + roadmap + Sprint

Audit + optimisation roadmap. Optional Sprint and retainer.

1-week audit, concrete priorities, ROI calculations per task. I show where the process itself can be optimised — because a bad process isn't worth automating. From there, you decide whether to implement now, later, or in-house.

DURATION
1 week audit, 2-3 weeks Sprint
TYPE
Audit + roadmap + Sprint
Who it's for
  • You have multiple processes you'd like to automate but it's not clear which one to start with.
  • You want a measurable ROI calculation before committing to implementation.
  • You're considering hiring an in-house developer but want to validate the scope first.
  • You need a roadmap that's not just consultant deliverable but actionable build-ready specs.
What you get
  • 1-week audit report: current state, 5-8 tasks prioritised, ROI estimates per recommendation.
  • Audit document in PDF, with a full process map of the identified automation tasks.
  • ROI calculation per task in HUF (time savings, error reduction, revenue uplift).
  • Process optimisation recommendations: I show concretely which steps are redundant, where there's double work or waiting — so we automate the streamlined process, not the current one.
  • Prioritized roadmap: which to do first, which to defer, which to skip.
  • Optional 2-3 week implementation Sprint for the top priority task.
  • Optional fixed-fee monthly retainer (no hourly surprise bills).
Step

How I work

Step 1

Kickoff workshop

2-hour session: stakeholder alignment, current process mapping, audit scope agreement.

Step 2

Audit phase

1 week: interviews, system reviews. I assess where the process itself can be optimised, and build an ROI model for each candidate task.

Step 3

Roadmap presentation

You see priorities, costs, and timelines side by side — with risk register.

Step 4

Decision point

Implement Sprint with me, defer, or take the roadmap to your in-house team. Your call.

Step 5

Optional retainer

Post-launch retainer with 1-month minimum and monthly cancellation.

Use case

Example tasks

Use case 01

Lead-to-quote-to-contract pipeline

Full customer onboarding journey automated, with CRM sync and document generation.

Use case 02

ERP / accounting integration

Sheets-based operations connected to ERP or accounting systems via API.

Use case 03

Multi-system data sync

Customer or supplier data kept consistent across CRM, ERP, marketing tools.

Use case 04

Internal dashboards & reports

Real-time KPI views replacing manual weekly Excel exports.

ROI

Expected ROI

A typical Sprint saves 10-30 hours per month, equivalent to HUF 200,000-700,000 monthly value.
The audit alone often pays back by avoiding wrong-priority spend (HUF 1-3M typical hire-cost avoided).
Sprint payback: 3-6 months. The retainer pays for itself if it prevents one major incident per quarter.
Frequently asked

Frequently asked

Q01What's actually in the audit deliverable?

10-30 page document: process maps, optimisation recommendations (where the process has redundant steps, double work or waiting), tasks ranked by ROI, technical feasibility scores, sprint scope draft for top 1-3 cases, and risk register.

Q02What's the retainer for, and is it required?

Optional. The retainer covers proactive monitoring, monthly enhancements, and priority support. If you skip it, you pay per ad-hoc request instead.

Q03Do you require a SaaS subscription on top?

Most cases run on dedicated self-hosted n8n + a self-hosted database on EU servers — included. If your stack requires e.g. specific CRM/SaaS integrations, those are your costs.

Q04Can we run this with our existing tools (HubSpot, Make, Zapier)?

Yes — but I recommend Make/Zapier only for the simplest cases. For multiple processes, self-hosted n8n is more cost-effective at scale and gives full data sovereignty.

Multiple tasks on the table?

Start with the audit. After 1 week you'll know exactly which tasks are worth building, where the process itself can be optimised, and what the realistic ROI is. No commitment to implementation.
